Internationalization Of Capital Market And Further Developments Of CPAs

In the face of being accepted by WTO, China is accelerating the internationalization of capital market. An effective capital market should be mature, internationalized and in high requirements for information. In order to make the capital market information real, reliable and complete, effectively control the securities market risk and raise the marketing efficiency, China is strengthening the market supervision at present. One of the most important things is the verification of CPAs.In this thesis, we start with analyzing the developing trend of the internationalization of capital market, focus on researches into the status of CPAs in the capital market to make their effects clear, and then further analyze the new opportunities and challenges for licensed accountants caused by the internationalization of capital market. Eventually, we approach the countermeasures for Chinese CPA in this critical course.
