Research On Corporations Asset Reorganization

With the continuous standardization and development of China's securities markets, the asset reorganizing of corporation becomes a popular topic of the people. Under the tide of international merge and acquisition, this paper just wants to give it attention to it.On the base of reality, and by taking many examples, this paper makes a theoretical and practical study on asset reorganizing .The first of this paper introduces briefly the general situation of asset reorganizing, including the development process of asset reorganizing and current situation of the study of asset reorganizing. Then, the paper gives an analysis to different pattern of asset reorganizing and analyses the results of asset reorganizing of different aims and patterns. Thepaper also probe into the base of asset reorganizing----capital marketand the bridge of it----investment bank. At last, on the base of aboveanalysis, the paper puts forward the problem of which must be paid attention to in our country.
