Based on special legal relationship between school and student,the article analyses the essentials of school accident,and thus it has been studied as one independent type of act of torts. By classifying school accident and defining the civil responsibilities and the scope of compensation for damages of school and other subjects,the article put for ward the idea of the establishing the synthetic compensation system of school accident.
