Reflecting On Animal Protection

Many many years, from the ancient to the mordern civilization, the people took it for granted that animal has never had the same rights with the human being. We could not remember how many people on earth have strived for the animal protection, but it is true that the countless animals now were being killed and massacred. The grand people, who regarded themselves as full of sympathy and kindness, are putting animal to a hopless situation with their own hands.The paper would like to be the volunteer fighting for the animal status. Firstly, the paper tried to give a definition about what is the animal, which is the base, raising a new view on animal's legally limited subject status.Even though, nowadays many people firmly opposed to this status as followed, the paper still use much room explaining it and tried to seek surport from the philosophical thinking of the west and east.To our pleasant surprise, after repeated deliberation, we found that there is no"subject" in philosophical world, in fact the animal and the human being have no differences at all. But why the animal can be and only can be the legally limited subject, while the "subjecf'is not existing. Then the paper gave an explanation that it is under the need of legal technology, just not as what it has been as before.Finally, the frame on animal's legally limited subject were put forward.Although it may be something uncomplete, the fighting for the animal rights is not on the horizon, it is here.
