The Fictitious Management——The Strategic Choice Of Business Operation Model In 21 Century

China joined WTO and the system of information developed quickly, the business of our country need the new (the model of the fictitious management) strongly. The fictitious management has a good prospect in China and must be the main stream of business management in 21 century. Facing the tide of the fictitious management developed flourishingly in the western countries, we should recognize the fictitious strategy and apply the fictitious management to our Chinese business. Then the Chinese business can develop well.The paper includes four sections:The first section, I summarize the fictitious management, contrast the non-fictitious management with the fictitious management and analyze them. Readers can understand the content of the fictitious management very well and recognize the superiority and necessity of the fictitious management.The second section. I analyze the background, the pattern, the characteristic, the experience and the lesson of the fictitious management in foreign countries. I also review and study the fictitious management in our country. Then, I analyze the substance of difficulties in the fictitious management.The third diction, I analyze the basis of the fictitious management and design the system of management and the structure of management. I also give advice on practice.The fourth section , I set up the system of the assessment of effect. Then, I expound we should pay attention to some problems of assessment.In the light of the limit of my knowledge, there are some shortcomings in the paper. I hope experts and scholars give me advice.
