In China,definitions about Corporate Culture show diversify characteristics. However,on certain meaning,this phenomenon lead to mistake understanding about Corporate Culture and tendency of formalism,unilateralist and empties in the process of Corporate Culture development. In order to dissolve these mistake understanding,it is necessary that insist Pragmatism position and comprehend meaning and realistic purpose of Corporate Culture with a "Simple and Clear" method - set out from enterprise management thoughts.Corporate Culture first contain a kind of management thoughts,Namely the modern enterprise management should not neglect a main factor -Corporate Culture. The reason is:in the first place,attention to Corporate Culture is the logic result of enterprise management science development,and it overcome the negligence of traditional management theories;in the next,despite the objects of function from Corporate Culture is extensive and the function is not confined only in the realm of enterprise management,so we must set out from enterprise management thoughts to investigate the function of Corporate Culture. Therefore,when we discuss the Corporate Culture,we should first investigate the function in the process of enterprise managing according to the logic of enterprise development. If we treat Corporate Culture as a kind of enterprise management thoughts (culture on spirit level),we will be able to deeply comprehend and availably use it.
