This article is to put forward original conception and counter-measures about our stock market,combining case analysis with normative analysis,historical analysis with logical analysis,and vertical analysis with horizontal analysis,by way of the research on the current situation of the stock market opening,the requirement of WTO.In condition of WTO,our financial market will quicken it's steps of opening policy to adjust itself to the requirement of WTO,and to the commitment to the WTO. At the same time the stock market,as an essential part of the financial market,is sure to open completely,for the sake of the necessity of the development of national economy.By the comparison between the nations' opening of stock market,we can see that the opening tactics and supervising systems of different stock market is different,due to different conditions of countries,different backgrounds of open policies,and different risks of opening. The opening of a nation's stock market should adjust to the development of national economy,to the opening level,to the perfection of its supervising systems,to the foreign exchange control,and adjust to its development. After ten years development,our stock market is becoming preliminarily mature,but it cannot be mentioned in the same breath with the mature stock market in the developed countries. In accord with the present situation of our stock market,this article put forward new concept and tactics:to establish multi-level marketing system,to adjust the investment tactics,to actively give impetus to net trade,to perfect the trade in the capital market and the supervising laws,all of which will result in a regulatory stock market.
