Research On Effectively Implementing Total Budget Management In Chinese Enterprises

Total budget management is a modern business management mode. With the integration of the business, funds and information and by the definite and moderate decentralization, authorization and evaluating credit etc, total budget management can achieve the goal of allocating resources, carrying out strategy effectively, improving the level of management continuously and increasing the value steadily.Now, many enterprises of our country have already realized the importance of total budget management. They positively studied the budget management mode that can be fitted to China, but the effect was not favorable as expected.According to three aspects of the total budget management, this paper analyzes the problems that are existed in the process of putting the budget management into practice and puts forward some measures to be followed out. Additionally, the measures illustrated by some concrete examples have certain practicability in the practice of the management.
