It has been more than 10 years since the real estate industry formally developed in China,hi general,the real estate market in China has experienced infant phase,development phase,over the heat phase and regulative phase,at present the real estate market is in a state of orderliness. During the development,the real estate market is coming towards market-oriented,normative and transparent. It has been buyer's market. With China's entry to WTO,the competition in real estate market will be more vigorous. The real estate development enterprises should run in large-scale and effectiveness. They are taking use of strategy management to deal with the fierce competition and future development.From the point of view of a senior manager of Xiamen S.E.Z Real Estate Development Corporation Ltd.(below call Tefang Corporation),I fulfilled the future strategy development of Tefang Corporation,based on modern management knowledge,my working experience and the reality of Tefang Corporation. It is in my interest that this thesis can help Tefang Corporation develop better. This thesis is mainly divided into four parts:Chapter 1 Looking back the development process of Tefang Corporation.Chapter 2 To analyze the market environment of the real estate development enterprises and the history,present condition,future development of real estate industry of the whole nation including Xiamen City,to analyze the influences on the real estate industry with China's entry to WTO,To indicate the advantage and disadvantage factors of development of real estate industry.Chapter 3 To work out strategy analysis of Tefang Corporation,to analyzethe internal resource and value chain for Tefang Corporation,to identify the keyadvantage and disadvantage factors,which sets the foundation for strategy decision-making.Chapter 4 Base on the analysis of internal and external environment of Tefang Corporation,to put forward the principle of strategy choice,to establish the total development strategy and concrete targets of Tefang Corporation and point out the activities to conduct the development strategy,to discuss the strategy control and possible innovation for development strategy.
