Along with the transnational companies' position in the economy of the whole world being increasingly important,everyone in the economic boundary and managing boundary is concerning about transnational companies for research. Whether from the level of national economy or district economy or the business enterprises,the transnational companies are becoming the object of the research and study.Particularly in the 21st century,the transnational companies is droving large invest in China,moving their production center,purchase center and R&D center also the regional headquarters into China. This is a reflection of China's important position hi the world economy,also is a great chance for China's development by using FDI. At the same time the transnational companies want to proceed world integration by adjusting their organization construction.The dissertation points out that the regional headquarters of transnational company is an important organization which transnational companies establish hi the important market where they have many subsidiaries and various business. The regional headquarters representing the mother company have the function of unifying,integrating,directing,moderating with the whole business activities hi that region.Thesis starts from the meaning,performance,function of the regional headquarters of transnational company then analysis the conditions and goals of transnational companies to enter the market and establish the regional headquarters in terms of dividing transnational companies into multinational business,retailing business,horizontal business,vertical business four types. The establishment of Chinese headquarters of transnational company will push the development of ourcountry,accelerate industrial upgrading,and melt China into world economy system. So how to hold tight the beneficial opportunity,attract transnational companies become the point of our work.Finally I raise my suggestions in the strategies of attracting,managing,making use of regional headquarters of transnational company. |
