| The mode of allocating labor force changed with the economic reform. In the order of precedence, there were completely planned economy period, two- tracks and double-dimensions delaying period and current market system regulating period. Market of labor force factor, compared with product or capital market ,embodies its particular features .Economists made various opinions about the essence of exchanging objective in labor market and about whether the labor force was commodity .most of researchers have used many-component method ,making assessment objectively or subjectively in evaluating components, then the difference of result of measurement is large. This paper is trying to assess the labor marketization through the accordance of labor market signal-wage. During the researching, I found that the difference among simply average wage could not reflect labor force marketization because of the productivity of different degrees of labor force. Considering the productivity of each labor force, the accordance of wage rate of per pure productivity reflects labor marketization well. I also analyzed the expert proportion of labor force, the variation and trend of average wage and the correlation between them. These may help to discover the law of labor market and some problem quantitatively.In the end ,relating to the phenomena of current labor market, comprehending the progress and trouble about labor market, the paper gave some policies to accelerating labor marketization.
