Research Of Entering WTO And Setting Up State Foreign Trade Group In China

With economy globalization and region-economy integration becoming a primary trend of development of world economy at present, international trade, as a power to drive economy globalization, must be influenced deeply and play a core role in the process of economy globalization. State foreign trade companies, as main body of dealing with foreign trade, play a very important part in increase of economy and development of society in China. But there is imbalance between status and development conditions of our state foreign trade companies, it demand us quicken the step of reform of the state foreign trade enterprises and establish reasonable strategy of development after entering WTO. We also note that some companies, especially some large state foreign trade groups, have quiet great progression, for example their amount of import and export keep a steady increase. So based on the condition, we think that the strategy of constructing enterprise group has realistic sense under increased competition of domestic and overseas markets.In view of the point, we lodge an idea about setting up state foreign trade group. Concretely, first, we mainly analyze some conditions about development of state foreign trade companies now. Then we point out some questions existing in our state foreign trade companies and challenge that they will face. As a result, we can say that the strategy is very important to development of our state foreign trade companies. Second, we give concept about enterprise group and some basic content involved in construction of state foreign trade group. Then we say that part of our state foreign trade enterprises have had the conditions of setting up foreign trade groups by analyzing respectively enterprises' inner and outer conditions and design a frame of economy evaluation. In this part, we discuss emphatically what its influences are for management of state foreign trade companies, and analyze its impacts caused by recombination for market efficiency with a way of welfare economics. Last, we number up costs and risks that enterprises have to face during constructing state foreign trade groups. Owing to the relation between healthy development of enterprises and their rational development limit, furthermore, people easily neglect it. So ground on a classical theory of enterprise limit, we suggest a new thought, measuring limit of enterprise with knowledge of business. Based on all this above, we design the specific way about setting up state foreign trade group. Then we frame a fit group control system. In the end of the paper, based upon lack of development of Korean enterprise groups, we bring forward some things that we should care during setting up our state foreign trade groups.
