Study On The Architecture Of Agile Manufacturing Oriented Supply Chain Management And Its Information System

With the rapid development of information technology and the evolution of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly drastic competition environment. It is undoubtedly valuable to use the methods of supply chain management to reconstruct enterprises for both high efficiency and high benefit. The methods enable enterprises to make full use of internal and external resources to realize "Win-Win" result. Consequently they provide a favorable position for them. This idea happens to coincide with Agile Manufacturing. How to supply new products with high quality and reasonable price to customers in the shortest time is the focus of Agile Manufacturing based on virtual organization and information technology. As an advanced manufacture method, Agile Manufacturing will be an important direction of enterprise manufacture in 21st century. However the realization of Agile Manufacturing demands the theory and technology of supply chain management. How to build and improve the supply chain in Agile Manufacturing will be an important research subject for many entrepreneurs and scholars. According to this question, this paper conducts some study and discussion in the following aspects.To begin with, it describes the research situation and problems in Agile Manufacturing and Supply Chain, combines Agile Manufacturing with Supply Chain Management, introduces the new concept of Agile Manufacturing Oriented Supply Chain Management, and discusses the difficulty and principles of it.Furthermore, It makes a further discussion about the model of Agile Manufacturing Oriented Supply Chain Management System (AMOSCMS) , improves AMOSCMS model based on plan and decision center of supply chain operation, describes operation methods of it, and analyses the architecture of AMOSCMS.Moreover, this paper studies Agile Manufacturing Oriented Supply Chain Management Information System (AMOSCMIS ) . Then it discusses the requirements of Agile Manufacturing to Information System, the linkages between Information System and others agility factors, the difficulty and the means to realize agility Information System. Afterwards, it analyzes the design principles,1 1 1technological framework, module structure and function of AMOSCMIS. It also introduces some software products of AMOSCMIS.In the end, this paper introduces a case in an enterprise to illustrate the process of construction and implementation of AMOSCMIS.
