Mortgage-backed securitization(MBS) is one of the most important innovations in the financial field in the last 20 years.Now the species and skill of MBS is developing continiously and have already preseanted globality.Seeing From the trend of international fmancie developing and the preseant conditions of the housing finance market of our country,MBS is invetable trend.Basing on the developing situation of MBS, using the mode and experience of MBS of develped countries for reference,the theses raised the countermeasures and suggestions fit for developing MBS in our coutry.Through analysis of the preseant situation of housing finance in our country and the devepment situation of MBS inside and outside our country,we raised the important theories and realistic meaning of MBS in our country and the purpose and significance of this thesis.We also raised the method of system studying the MBS in our country.Basing on discussing the basic conception, we raised the universal meaning and operatin principals.Through the analysis and comparition of the methods of MBS of developed countries,we summerized the identical points and differencies and then raised the inspiration for our country.Basing on the analysis of development of housing industry and housing fiance,we discussed the nessesary and practical obstacle,and raised:our country has not the conditions for cosmically developing the MBS now, the most important assigment preseantly is to creative conditions. And then combined with the situations of our country, we raised the countermeasures and suggestions.In the end, through the analysis of the conditions of shanghai, we raised the project of MBS that adapt to shanghai.
