Research On The Exit Strategy Of China Venture Capital

The research of this paper is focused on the exit strategy of China VC. Exit is the most important procedure during the running of VC. This paper has systematically discussed some kinds of exit modes that can be chosen at present, and analyzed their features, advantages and disadvantages. In the meantime, the paper has also probed the exit's connection with every procedure of VC.The paper includes four parts as followings:Part 1, the present situation of China VC is introduced, and the main exit modes for VC are listed.Part 2, the advantages and disadvantages of main exit modes are discussed and the VC exit tendency is also studied.Part 3, the relationship of VC exit strategy and the other procedures is revealed.Part 4, some exit strategies are suggested from different views.
