This thesis mainly studies the organization structure choice of HuDa Company during its organization reform and consists of two parts.Part I. Case DescriptionGiving specific introduction of HuaDa company including: its development history, the adhesive market and the company's management condition, point out its issues and challenges.Part II Case AnalysisFirst this part analyze the company's market condition and management issues which are the resource of its reform energy. Then this thesis focus on the internal relations among some organization structure design theories and applying them to analyze the resource of the company, which will determine the structure and how the strategy could achieved.The next after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several solutions, one structure is suggested as the organization reform choice and an executable schedule is listed. Wherefore the thesis takes assessment on them and discusses those key factors affecting the success of the reform. Finally is a further discuss on some typical mistakes during the early age of small company, which could lead to obstacles for their future attempts to change their organization structure, which reveals the resource control capability of the organization to obtain its strategy objects.
