This thesis includes two sections.The section case and the section case analysi s.In the case , the thesis realistically narrates how a small scale plastic house-ware enterprise , established in 1998 , grew up from nothing to certain stage .Mr Jason, with some unemployees , based on a disused plastic factory , experienced many difficulties and frustrations , though they had been successful at the first step , but still faced many troubles and challenges.Small scale private enterprise has its own natural advantages that state owned-enterprise unpossesses , for example : flexible system , good relationship between companions and its manager pays more responsibility to the enterprise . However , it owns shortages like shortage of capital, limited by the government and easy to be attached by the environment . How to reorganize its resources effectively and make them form core competence is a question that the entrepreneur must consider and solve.In the section case analysis , the thesis tries to use the MBA Theory to analyze the growing course of the enterprise .The emergence at largely of private small scale enterprise is inevitability in history. The course of China entering WTO will be accompanied with the course of perfecting the market in China . In this course , private small scale enterprise can surely avoid the threats and catch the chance, creat the fruitful future.
