| Justice is the fundamental goal that the human society permanently pursuits, the prime value in the social system, and also the appraising reflection on the realistic social relation relations. From the perspective of analyzing systems, beginning from analyzing the connotation of Justice, this article attempts to probe into the meaning, principle and contents of the system justice, and the way to cope with the justice problems which exist in the current society as well.The Article consists of three parts.The first part is about the theory of Justice with its connotation, the view on Justice and the principle of Justice as its main part. Although the implication of Justice can be various, its main meaning actually is the same of near the same, that is to say, to give each person the share he or she is so supposed to obtain. Persons in different age conduct some explanations and demonstration on its connodation according to their fields and their perspective on it, as a resulct, various views on Justive have come into being, which indude the forceful theory of Justice, utilitatian theory of Justice, indentural Justice, Natutal Justice. Different Theory of Justice contains different principles, amongwhich: life-freedom-equality principle as the general principle on theJustice seems to be more appropriate.The second part is on the Justice of the system with its connotation and contents as the main part. The Justice of the system refers to the formal action patterns after being regulated and shaped as well as the Justice in the interactional relation structure. The Justice of systems means not only systematic Justice but also Justice's systematization. The Justice of the system includes the Justice on the economical system, of the political system and of Judicial system. The Justice of the economical system contains the justice of distribution of transaction and of remedy. The Justice of the political system means that the rights should be legal, based on constitution and democratic. The Justice of Judical system means that the Judical branch should be independent, the procedure be fais and outcome reasonable and fair.The third part is an analization and discussion on the Justice problem in the current social life. Now the problem of social Justice can be cbncertratedly refleted in problems such as the problem of " the agriculture, the peasant andthe village ", the problem of corruption and seeking-lease, the problem of distrubution-gap and the problem of Judicial fairness, which are all linked to the Justice of the system straightly. The problem of the agriculture the viuage and the peasant is one of the most acute problems that the current society is now faling in the course of its development, the emergence of the problem of " the agriculture, the village the peasant " has many reason, historic reasons and realistic reasons included, among which the fairness of the system and the security of the system are most tightly linked to the problem of " distribution-gap " refers to the disparity in the citizens in come has been so strikingly enlarging, as to begin to effect social stability and the sound development of china's economy. The distribution-gap is related to the unfunctional regulation of the system in the fields of distribution on the corruption and seeking- telease problem refers to securing private berefits by using public right (that is to say using public rights to obtain private benefits ). The emergence of the corruption and seeking-lease is related to the executive authoritys' stepping into the market, the problem of Judicial fairness mainly results from the factor that the Judical bremch is intervered by the illegal executive rights, party's illegal privileges and the innet irregulation coming from the judical branch itself, so Judicial unfairness even Judicial corruption arose. The corruption and seeking-lease phenomenon is tightly related to the Judical Unfairness, the systemtic Unsoundness and imcompletion.
