The topic of this article is "Reflection and reform of the system of administrative permission after China's accession to WTO ."It is made up of four parts :the connection of WTO and the reform of the system administrative law .general theoretical analysis of administrative permission .reflection of die system of the administrative permission of our country .necessity and analysis of the related measures of the reform of the system of administrative permission .founding the administrative permissible system adopting to W T 0 regulations .Administrative permission is the product under the condition of the planned economy .It took an active part under the condition of the planned economy .With the gradual formation of market -oriented economy ,some problems of the administrative permissible system have gradually been exposed .In order to perfect the theories of administrative permissible system and improve the administrative permissible system .the educational circles of administrative law in our country have made through study about the related .questions of administrative permissionsconcerning the meaning .nature .varieties .functions .problems and the reform measures .From the reality of the access to WTO of our country and the proceeding reform of the administrative examining and approving system .this article analyses existing problems of administrative permissible in our country .and put forward some reform measures .especially the reform plan of our administrative examining and approving system from the five aspects .Part â…  The connection of WTO and the reform of the administrative law . This assumption has certain present significance.Although there are some rules in administrative permit system that are not consistent with WTO regulations ,yet we are sure that our government is capable of improving the system so that administrative permission can be an effective means in the government's implementing governing .
