Foreign Direct Investment And The Development Of High-tech Industry In Home Country

Foreign direct investment(FDI) must affect the development of home countries' High-Tech industry. The effect will be expressed in this paper clearly. First, It is necessary to make the technical features of FDI clearly and definitely, the content include FDI's character, home country effect and new features. Second, the law of the development of High-Tech industry is studied; Based on all countries' experiment of developing High-Tech industry, some basic features are abstracted; At last, the FDI's home country-effect on the development of High-Tech industry is studied deeply, The analyses including: scale effect, external effect and technical innovation effect.
