Research Of The Enterprises Competitiveness Of Luoyang National New & High Tech-Industry Development Zone

The international and domestic competitions of the enterprises grow intensely with economic globalization, the development of information technology and the China's entrance of WTO. The Chinese enterprises must realize the urgency of constructing the consciousness of competition and strengthen the enterprises' capability of competition if they want to challenge the international enterprises. To intensify the competitive capability inter enterprises and between enterprises is to make the enterprises seek development during competition.The effects of science and technology, especially new and high technology grow more important in the economic development. The new and high tech industry development zones, the development base of new and high technology, face new opportunity and challenge. Therefore, it is necessary to analyses the competitive capability of the enterprises in the new and high tech industry development zone.Luoyang National New & High Tech-Industry Development Zone begins its construction in 1992 and keeps rather high development speed since then on. However, there is great difference comparing with the advanced development zone especially the development in coastal cities and in the provincial capitals. The difference will be greater increasingly if we don't intensify the innovation, strengthen the enterprises' capability of competition.This paper analyzes the current situation of competitive capability of enterprises in Luoyang National New & High Tech-Industry Development Zone(LHDZ) by using the theory of enterprises competitive evaluation and strategy management and so on. Firstly, it takes the macroscopically and microscopically analysis on the enterprises environment of LHDZ and elaborate the total development of the enterprises in LHDZ; Then, it constructs the models of inter capability of competition evaluation and environment capability of competition evaluation to enterprises in LHDZ by using fuzzy mathematics theory ;ThirdIy it takes analysis and evaluate on the total capability of competition by using DEA method. From the above analysis, it points out the inter resources and capability, the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges of the enterprises in LHDZ. Finally, it puts forward the suggestion to the enterprises in LHDZ on competition strategy idea and countermeasures. The model and example in this paper process value of conference to other new & high tech-industry development zone on analyzing the enterprises' capability of competition.
