The Analysis Of Logistics Cost Of Manufacturing Enterprises

Just as we know it, the analysis and study of logistics cost is the basis of logistics operation for manufacturing enterprises, to some degree, the methods and tragedies in supplying logistics, manufacturing logistics, and especially warehousing management all depend on the level and result of analysis and study of logistics cost.Firstly, this paper analysis the environmental changes of manufacturing enterprise's logistics system. And thus point out the most important factor leading to the increasing logistics cost, this also make preparation for the following chapters. And then, the logistics cost is classified according to classification, function, and applying field. After that, logistics cost is analyzed in detail with the following four methods: shape, function, applying field and counting economics, so that enterprises can make proper strategy for manufacturing and sailing. In the end, a series of methods are put forward to decrease the logistics cost effectively, and may it be helpful to improve the level of logistics management for manufacturing enterprises.
