A Study On The Virtual Enterprise Operation And Its Risk Control

Academics and enterprisers with the development of world economic integration have accepted cooperative-competition gradually. The structures of organizations and the way of Cooperative-competition have been changed profoundly with the rise and rapid development of e-commerce. "Virtual enterprise is the most effective structure of organizations and way of cooperative-competition,so the research of this paper has theoretical and practical meaning.This paper begins by discussing the background of virtual enterprise and the relationship between e-commerce and virtual enterprise. Then,the study of virtual enterprise operation and its risk control is presented.First,according to the life -cycle model of virtual enterprise,the paper analyzes the virtual enterprise operation including the formulation of its strategic goal,the discernment and selection of its market opportunities,the selection of its partner,and some characteristic operations of it The selection of the partner is the most important part which is also the main innovation brought forth in this paper. The paper has established a three-stage model for the selection of virtual enterprise partner with qualitative and quantitative methods,including:the qualitative filter model;the quantitative sieving model which uses multiple-factor selection (TOPSIS),entropy algorithm and AMP algorithm synthetically;and the quantitative goal-planning model.Then the paper studies the risk control of virtual enterprise operation systematically,including the decision-making risk control;profit distribution risk control;the time limit risk control;the quality risk control and the virtual enterprise stability risk control.
