This will bring on enterprise attach importance to human resource management,Consequently incentive is more give prominence to enterprise. Power corporation affirm participate in market competition. Thereby improving sufficiency stuff enthusiasm is quite importance.The thesis will apply theory of human resource management,organizational behavior,management,game theory,information economics and managerial economics etc to research enterprise interior incentive mechanism design. The dissertation consists of three parts:Introduction Theory research and some mechanism design research. In the first part,We expatiate the theme in the paper,and purpose wanting to show this theme not only have theory value but also have application value;In. the second part contains theory summarize;In the third part contains some mechanism design. Our aim is offer some idea when corporation decision-making.
