The paper introduced the history and present condition of supervision development of large state-own enterprise in China through an example of a large state-own enterprise, pointed out the questions on the large state-own enterprise in China through analyzing and studying the case, deviced and suggested the supervision system and the preventive rule of supervision of the typical enterprise.For devicing scientific and perfect integrative supervision system of large state-own enterprise in China, the paper studied the application in the supervision area of the control theory, system theory, information theory and economic theory, etc. Deviced the preventive strategies of supervision of large state-own enterprise, according to use these theories. Found out the views of system control, supervision from oringin to end supervision information and corruption cost, etc. For example, according to control theory, the state-own enterprise must control the leaders from origin to end, include the choice of the leaders, usage of the leader's authority and leave of the leaders. According to control theory, the state-own enterprise should set up the system thinking when devicing the intergrative supervision system. From different layer, the state-own enterprise all has the perfect supervision system so as to let the corruptor has no room. For the theory view, we should device, carry on, and detect the supervision rule together with management system when we device the management rule of the state-own enterprise. Being the important base of the supervision work, the information decides if the supervision work is effective. For this reason, we must completely use the information method enouge to enlarge the coming of the supervision information. After the detection of the information, hoss the artificial thing and remain the real thing, prove the supervision information real and complete. In the democratic supervision work, especially to a part or a leader, we can judge democraticly with the fuzzy integrative judgement. According to economic theory, pointed out the corruption cost, improve the cost of corruption largely enouge to prevent the corruptor from corrupting.From the actual case, the paper systematically deviced a set of perfect, multiplayer integrative supervision system on the base of analyzing and studying the features of the crime cases and supervision work of typical firm.
