The thesis first expounds the rising and status of BPR. Then come the introduction, principles, conditions, and basic process of its execution.BPR is oriented by client's demand. With the rising of CRM, the thoughts and methods of it are used in BPR. The thesis also introduces them.MIS in enterprises is constructed with BPR. BPR in enterprises is also constructed by means of MIS. The thesis introduces the relationship between MIS and BPR.The main purpose of the thesis is to explain the basic process and methods of BPR with a case. The thoughts and methods of CRM and MIS are used in the process of BPR, which embodies the upholder and amalgamation of those management techniques.To implement BPR, firstly, there must be corresponding goal, plan and organization guarantee.Secondly, BPR involves many aspects. How to start, i.e .recognizing the key business process,is the second step.Client satisfaction questionnaire inquiry, inner function inquiry and analyzing value chain can locate the key business process and its problems. The third step is to understand and evaluate the process in order to comprehend it more. Span function department process and analyzing its value and time provide the corresponding tools to understand and evaluate the process.The fourth step is to find the primary blue print of BPR by discussing and to solve the specific problems including client classification, program solvability, etc.Lastly, the thesis provides management methods to consummate the reengineered process.By the study of the thesis and the use of present study achievements in home and abroad for reference, a set of BPR process suitable for Chongqing ZC enterprise is built up. It can be a used for reference in other similar enterprises. The thesis provides more actual instructions to establish a scientific and effective business process system. It provides a case for popularizing BPR. By the practice of BPR, the author summarizes some applicable principles: in order to reduce the risk of BPR, systematical reengineering and step-by-step implement is preferred; sufficient consideration in process design is needed as a precursor for MIS construction.
