Mass customization is a new method of seeing through enterprises. It can identify and realize the demands of various customs,at the same time,not abandon the efficiency,effect and low cost. It is a new thought on how the enterprises achieve success. And,as a kind of management mode,mass customization explained why the life cycle of product (with the service) is shortening,why the cycle of development and life must shorten,why the enterprises must reorganize the process,and so on. It made them gather to become a convincing management mode,that mode described what happened in the profession. The market of these professions,whether big,small,native,or global,all is turbulent.In our country,mass customization is a new lesson not only academic circles or enterprises. The academic circles begin to research it in the last few years. In our country,few enterprises realized mass customization.In this paper I mainly research the foreign enterprises that had already practiced mass customization. I put great emphasis on to consider that how to validly practice mass customization in our country market environment. This paper is totally divided into six chapters. In chapter 1,1 mainly described the change of the enterprises production mode. So I think that practicing mass customization is necessary.
