Long Terms Investment Decision Making Study

With change of business environment,make the right decision is very important for enterprises to develop their business successfully. China needs plentiful capital to develop the economy,but many enterprises with heavy debt burden go bankrupt because of making wrong decision. So the investment decision making is obviously very important for enterprises to efficiently make use of the limited capital. Now variety of advanced methods of decision making is still not pervasive enough for Chinese enterprises to apply,which have been practiced widely in western developed countries,for example:application of the option theory in long term investment decision. Now China had already entered WTO and Chinese economic system would be important parts of the global economy,it became more and more necessary for Chinese enterprises to learn and use more advanced methods to make correct decision.In this paper,I would like to discuss of theories of the long-term investment decision making,methods ofsynthetical consideration of the risk and income,and application of the option theory in the long term investment decision making.
