To explore the management of enterprise, the thesis takes AB Inc. as an example, which is representative in OA industry. It begins with introducing AB and its products market, then analyzes the main problems in its management, collects lots of data and facts, and studies this enterorise with managing theories in two aspects.In its internal management,the thesis focuses on AB's administration system, especially on systemic and HR management,With managing theorise,it analyzes the internal systems randomicity and dissociative facts,and discusses the importance of system in management. It then points out that a good management system should be normative and creative in order to improve the efficiency and to be adapted to the enterprises development,Furthermore, with HR managing thorises,the article analyzes the practical significance of HR management according to the internal and external facts,and address the Based-On-Human strategy. In the meantime, it probes in the HR management system practically and give out its analysis and evaluation to the real effect.With regard to ABs marketing strategies,the thesis analyzes the industrial structure, compitition status and the force of AB^ products according to the strategy management theorise and ABS internal conditions, and concludes on products strategy and service strategy,which can change the fluctuation in management and accelerate the development.Whats noticeable is the value of loyal clients discussed together with the value model, which is very important to all enterprises including AB, The valuemodel acts as an instructive role in constituting the competition and development strategies,HR management strategies and internal management policies,etc..No need to say what clients mean to each enterprise especially in this competition age.
