The Study On The Audit Quality Of CPA In Our Securities Market

In the 21st Century, our CPA circle has made a rapid development, but at the same time, it also emerges a series of serious problems, and the low audit quality of CPA has damaged its society image and led the "honesty" crisis. It is the most important problem to improve the audit quality and rebuild the honesty moral for the CPA circle, so it is very urgent to make a study on the CPA audit quality.Based on the principal-agent theory, firstly, from the angle of lowering the agent cost, this paper analyzed the emergence of the CPA audit service market, then studied the "adverse selection" and "moral hazard" problems by analyzing the problems of principal-agent relationship and information asymmetry in the CPA audit service market, which offered the theory support for the study of CPA audit quality. Secondly, by analyzing the audit quality problems disclosed by the supervision departments, this paper disclosed that the CPA audit quality in our country was very low. In the case analysis part, this paper analyzed the wrong behaviors of Zhong Tian Qin office in the standard of audit standard, the author found thatthe Zhong Tian Qin office disobeyed the requirements of audit standard to account receivable inquiring program, analysis checking program, etc. Thirdly, this paper disclosed the reasons of low audit quality all-sided from three aspects, one is the audit requirements of listed company, the other is the audit supplying of the CPA circle, another is the imperfectness of the CPA audit quality supervision. Lastly, oriented the idiographic reasons, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the CPA audit quality, and use the "Sarbanes 桹xley Act" of America for reference to strengthen the supervision to CPA audit quality of our country.
