Under the policies of "build roads with load, return the load by toll", the express road in our country has developed rapidly. Transportation mileage is the second top in the world. At the same time as building roads, depend on the load overwhelm, so the risk of financial is rising. If the load and interest cannot be paid, risk of financial will be formed or even bankruptcy will happen.This paper predict and alarm the financial crisis of express way companies with the method of Financial Ratio Analysis and Discriminant Analysis and present the model of expressway operation with multi-variant discriminant method. After trying this system in a expressway company in Guangdong, it turns out to be effective.There are five chapters in this thesis:Chapter I: Introduction. Problem presentation, introduce the research direction in China and abroad.Chapter II: Financial distress of expressway company. The financial character has decided the high financial risk and crisis of expressway companies. Discussing the purpose of financial alarm system of expressway companies.Chapter III: Financial ratio prediction method of expressway company. Introduce all kinds of financial ratio, bring forward the principal of alarm with ratio method. Set the alarm value with "T" distribution method.Chapter IV: Financial prediction model of expressway company: discriminant analysis and Blur Maths are used in the financial prediction, make the prediction model special for expressway companies with discriminant analysis method.Chapter V: Financial prediction system of expressway company. Designing of financial prediction function, structure, alarm signals. Using sample to convince the effective of prediction method.
