A Feasible Way To Freely Exchange The State-owned Stocks In Chinese Stock Market

The thesis consists of three parts. Firstly, it explains the history of state-owned stocks in China, and introduces the structural characteristics of them in Chinese stock market, related rules and regulations, and the shortcomings of disexchangeability. Secondly, the paper illustrates its researching purpose. Thirdly, on the basis of case study of how the state-owned stocks exchange in other countries and other practical cases, the paper puts forward and demonstrates a feasible way to solve the problem of exchanging our country' s state-owned stocks in stock market.
