The article is an applied thesis. It includes case chapter and case analysis chapter. In the case chapter, the development's situation and the issues of Dongguan Branch of China Construction Bank are narrated. Banking industry situation and focus are also introduced thoroughly in the same chapter. It is hoped that the details of environment materials can provide reader to make the thinking of the strategic decision. In the analysis chapter, starting at the point of materials of the case and combining with realities, the theories of Organization Behavior, Management Economics, Service Marketing and Human Resources Management are utilized to make the strategic decision for the Dongguan Branch of CCB.
