An Analysis Of The Corporate Financing Management

Corporate financing is one of the main issues in the process of corporate marketization. Based on internal and external environments and developing trends, the management on corporate financing is to systematiclly plan on all the financing factors such as objectives, structure, channels and patterns, together with the proper funds disbursment and utilization, so as to provide enough capital funds for the implementation of the corporate strategies and maintenance of the long term competitive rivalry. At the same time, proper management will help the business improve the efficiency of funds and maximize the corporate value.
