Research About Economical Effectveness Audit Of High School

Up to now , there have been many educational audit researches in our country , for example : high school's financial audit. high school's inner control audit , high school's bank audit etc. The high school should take educational economical effectiveness audit as the main part of educational inner audit, then pay more attention to its research and practice. For the economical effectiveness audit of educational audit, can supervise and direct the reform of educational department, dig and make full use of educational resources, and perform the quality education; can improve the high school's effectiveness; and can direct the right invest of government and educational investors. Hence, it is necessary for the new face of educational audit to perform high school's economical effectiveness. This thesis will do some researches about high school's economical effectiveness audit.This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part, the conception and development situation of high school's economical effectiveness audit, which is the first and second chapter of this thesis. After that ,from the development situation of nation and outer nation ,the author finds the blank of high school's economical effectiveness audit of our country ,as the start point of this thesis .The second part ,high school's management audit and high school's operational audit .which is the third and forth chapter of this thesis .The high school management audit is divided into five parts: the plan audit, the decision audit, the control audit, the organization audit, the leading audit; The high school operational audit includes budget capital audit, outer budget capital audit,human resource effectiveness audit, the use of fixed assets audit, the use of utility audit and the daily life 's effectiveness audit .It is the most important part of this thesis .The three part ,the establishment of high school's valuing indexes system and how to carry out economical effectiveness audit in high school .which is the fifth , sixth chapter of this thesis . There are three aspects in establishing high school 's valuing indexes system : the total output indexes, the input indexes and the management effectiveness indexes . Except that ,this thesis points out the inner and outer conditions of high school and the six transfers . Finally , this thesis explain how to develop high school's economical effectiveness audit in one school.The higher education department is a special unite of society .Though it can't create direct treasure for the society , the students it trains, the science achievement and the famous degree of itself can bring uncountable treasure for society . Hence , this thesis chooses high school's economical effectiveness audit as the title .
