Over the past twenty-plus years, with China's adopting the policy of reform & opening-up, her economic strength is markedly enhanced, the living standards of the people are greatly improved, and their international status is steadily going up. All the changes undoubtedly result from her unswervingly pashing forward economic restructuring in terms of the requirements of a market economy.Since the beginning of a new century, competition in the world's economy is spreading out in all directions. Therefore it is particularly significant & necessary to analyse the reform progress, to summarize the reform experiences, to find out the existing weakness, to decide on the development program, especially after China's WTO entry.The study of the marketing progress of China's economy, with an extensive content & a broad coverage, involves all aspects of the economic restructuring. However, this article mainly concentrates on discussing the existing problems of the three subjects in the marketing progress——enterprise, market & government, which have an important bearing on the overall situation of China's marketing reform, and probing into some thinkings & measurements of forther pushing on China's marketing reform on the basis of drawing lessons from the experiences of the developed countries' marketing reform & fully assimilating those advanced & rational experiences.This article is divided into three parts:1.The historical review of the marketing progress of China's economy. This part firstly put the progress into "three stages"; & then focus on analysing the inevitability of the marketing reform & the "Step-by-step model" character of the marketing progress; finally summarizing the achievements & experiences of the marketing reform.2.The analysis of the existing problems in the marketing progress of China's economy. The statemant of this part successively starts from the three subjects (or three links); Enterprise system is the core of market framework, so next analying from a positive point of view the three reasons that result in a low marketing degree of enterprise beheviours: non-state owned economy does not sufficiently develop; proprietary system reform lags behind; business administering structure is still imperfect & then dissussing the market's defects & weakness, especially the "dual track" system of factor market & the chaos of market order, which restrict greatly the marketing progress; finally, analysing in all directions, in view of the fact that the government behavior patterns fall seriously behind the marketing progress, the reasons that give rise to the fact.3.The countermeasurements to quickly push on the marketing progress of China's economy. This part firstly puts forward a general consideration about how to quickly push on the proqress; & then to counter the problems involved in the second part of this article, try to find out some outlets & specific countermeasurements...
