Study On The System Of The Property Rights Reform Of State-owned Commercial Banks And Policy Support

Arrangement of the system of property rights is the core of economic institution. This article is based on the systematic variance theoretically. Through analyzing the development of the western banks and China's state-owned commercial banks, problems and conflicts accumulated in the past twenty years appear more and more serious and obvious in the state-owned commercial banks. Distorted property rights has become the main constraint of China's banks.This paper points out that the basic way is the rearrangement of property rights, and then found incentive compatible system and appropriate government cooperative structure.This paper consists of six parts.
