A Research On High-tech Industrialization In China

The development of high-tech and the situation of industrialization have been important signs of a country' complex nation power .For china, as a developing country, the development of high-tech and the realization of its industrialization can push forward the growth of its economy; promote the realization of the new type industrialization; give impetus to the adjustment and escalation of the industrial structure ; provide good conditions for continuing development of economic society. This paper is meant to analyze the importance of industrialization of high-tech to the development of our country and the situation of the industrialization of our country's high-tech. Part three: Analysis of the achievements and the remaining problems of our country's high-tech industrialization, I , we're obtained some achievements in high-tech industrialization, such as the fruitful high-techresearch, the rapid development of high-tech industry and its industrial areas, the progress in the transformation of traditional industries with high-tech, the obtaining of these achievement owes greatly to the adoption of various privilege policies ,the increase of investment ,the improvement of mechanical system of enterprises' development and fund support of capital market. â…¡, there remain some problems or shortcomings. For example, the small industrial scale; the weak foundation of technology; the poor commercialization and industrialization; the lower economic efficiency; the insufficient tech-transformation of traditional industries leads to the Low-tech level of traditional industries .The above problems are mainly due to the unestablished system of tech-brought forth with enterprises as its main body; the separation of productivity, learning and research; the insufficient input of funds; the poor creative ability of enterprises; the unformed good system for the industrialization of high-tech ;the shortage of high-tech personnel and the limited funds. Part four: An analysis of the situations of high-tech industrialization of foreign countries: I, there are signs of the high-tech industrialization in many countries, such developed countries as United States, Japan, and European allies; developing countries as South Korea, Brazil, India, etc. â…¡, there are some obvious features in the present world high-tech industrialization. For example, there is a rise in the researching and developing investment. Scientific achievement have constantly been increased, every government attaches great importance to the training and attraction of scientific personnel, the development of science and technology and its industrialization have been speeded up, the traditional industries in the developed countries have already been converted into high-tech ones.
