On Distributive Justice

The problem of distributive justice is a very important problem of theory and reality in economic ethics. For thousands of years, scholars abroad and home had thought it over widely. Since Aristotle founded anything that was advocated earlier about the theory of distributive justice, a lot of thinkers have put forward different interrelated theories according to the need of social development. And the most representative are as follows: the theories of distributive justice according to the principle of fair, according to moral desert, according to his labor or social contribution and according to qualification or right.Distributive justice is a rational treat enforced by social organizations or personal on distributed objects according to a certain value system, which is composed of three parts: distributed objects and subjects, the principles of distributive justice and the degree of distribution justice. Its essence is an adjustment of people's interest relation. It has relative and harmonious characters, and three basic principles: the principle of equal opportunity for all from the origin; the principle of being impartial to all from the course; the principle of reasonable compensation from the result.At present there are many problems influencing the realization of distributive justice, but the most chief are the problems of the gap between the rich and the poor and corruption. Therefore, to realize distributive justice, we should construct distributive model uniting ideal and practice, perfect distributive regulation and control mechanism of state, prefecture and enterprise, perfect distributive system uniting utility and moral principle, strengthen economic subject's education and training of distributive justice, what's more, constructing entirely comfortable society can't do without the realization of distributive justice. Common prosperity can't do without supporting the poor and exploitation, social entire development can't do without complementation between east and west, human's entire improvement can't do without inter-regional cooperation.
