In the near future, the Small and Middle Enterprise(SME) have been exerting important function in national economy developing and social advancing, which agreed by entirely people and all levels governments. Through studying the world SME status, we find that SME financing is the most common but pivotal issue in the course of SME developing. Especially, at the special period of institution changing, economy configuration adjusting and corporation innovating in china, the SME financing is becoming more complex, and solving the SME financing issue have been more realistic.But, most of the study literatures about the SME financing issue focus on analyzing some phenomenon, and get some advice about a certain aspect, lacking of systems. Therefore, this article will cut in from the combination data demonstration with deep theoretic analysis, and give some system ways for this issue.So, in chapter I , I firstly study the SME financing station of our country ,then I sum up the mostly hardness of SME financing; In the chapter II ,I comparatively study SME financing in the foreign countries, and conclude their experience; In the chapterIII, I system analyze the courses of the SME financing of our country, then I reckon that the major course of SME financing is information asymmetry between SME with fund offer; In the chapter IV, I emphasize on immanent financing, and give some suggestion for china's SME institution building and innovation; In the chapter V, I expound how to establish the multiplayer direct financing of SME; In the chapterVI, I declare in detail how to expand the channel of indirect financing of SME; In the chapterVII, I do some analyses on how to build the credit systems of theSME and social credit guarantee systems; At the last chapter, I focus on how to advance the governments' function on solving the SME financing issue. I try to do some innovation in this article:(1) I set up some mathematics model to analyze the essential course of the SME financing in china.(2) In the studying the station of the bank extending credit to SME, I build a games model.(3) When I give out some strategy or advise, I pay attention to insure these strategy or advise are in systems and cooperate.
