House is composed of all kinds of components as other constructions are, so the function of a house depends on that of the components to a great extent. Nowadays China is carrying out housing industrialization, and one of its most important indices is housing componentization that is a critical access to getting through the plight of accommodating such a large population in our country.However the housing components industry in China now is even lack of rudimentary regulations and norms, let alone laws to get rid of some abnormal actions which result in some disorder in such industry which leads to a decline in quality and function of housing components (HC-s). Nevertheless there is some even worse than mentioned above. Its HC-s manufacturing will have to compete fiercely with the overseas along with the tech-barriers of international trade having been got removed step by step after China entered WTO in 2001. And then perhaps overseas HC-s will predominate in domestic market in the near future if such conditions in China's HC-s industry keep remained. Unless our country sets about to normalize the market and set up a general standard in order to promote the capability of domestic companies to vie with foreign firms from then on will our country's HC-s manufacturing better off. It's extremely significant to set up a reasonable HC-s authentication indices system in line with the conditions of our country. We can conduct the certification by making advantage of some proper mathematical model for regularizing the use and manufacture of HC-s, upping the quality of HC-s so as to promote the domestic HC-s manufacturers' competitive ability and establishing and bettering the HC-s authentication system.On the basis of generalizing former research outcome and utilizing overseas HC-s authentication system (esp. Japan's) for reference, this dissertation try to certificate HC-s through 5 aspects i.e. 5 elementary indices which are subdivided into 28 secondary indices. Here such indices are given ratio coefficient respectively by using Delphi method. And then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model is set up according to which the authentication is conducted.This dissertation is ended with several suggestions and count-measures on establishing our country's HC-s authentication system, which I wish, should be a "step-stone" for the system.
