ABS is a process which transforms asset absent of flow ability but capable to produce stable currency stream into securities that can be sold and circulated with stable income through some certain structural arrangements which separate the risk and earning within the asset. Currently there two kinds of mature and normative securities in foreign countries: ABS and MBS.Based on the systematic description of the basic principles of ABS, its applications in economics are fully stated in this thesis. The general status of--of state commercial banks in our country is completely analyzed, and with thefacts of our country, several methods to achieve ABS are proposed accordingly. Great efforts are put to summarize the general rules to achieve ABS by using thehistoric, statistical and--methods while referring the successful experience ofdealing with--in other countries as well as the newest domestic research work.
