The Study On Evaluation And Promotion For High-tech Industry Of Our Country

High technology industries have different characteristics from other industries, which provide new technologies, new points of view, new motivity, new running mode for the enterprises. The governments and scholars of every country pay more attentions to how to evaluate the competency of high technology industries.By using the relative theory of competiveness and the relative theory on the development of the high technology industries, and combining the characteristics of the high technology industries of our country, I huild a system on how to evaluate the competency of the high technology industries. I evaluate the competency of the pharmacy by using the system on how to evaluate the competency of the high technology industries. This text will be divided into three parts (five chapters). In the fist part (the first chapter and the second chapter), I will give the background, the study actuality of the abroad and the domestic and the innovations of this article etc, and the theory base of this article. In the second part (the third chapter and the forth chapter), this text will study the concepts on high technology and industries competency, analyze the characteristics of high technology industries on how to develop, combine the relative theory, and structure the system on how to evaluate the competency of high technology industries. In this part I also have the pharmacy as an example, which is evaluated by using the system on how to appraise the competency of high technology industries. In the third part(the fifth chapter), I will put forward the policies on how to develop the high technology industries by combining thedevelopment actuality of high technology industries of our country.
