| With the development of global economy, high-tech industry plays an important role to both developed countries and developing countries, so the key problem is financing for high-tech industry. As a new kind of investment, venture capital has become the motor of high-tech industry and it's significant to economy increase of any country.As the result of financial system innovation, venture capital has it' s unique characteristic: it is cultivable investment rather than industrial investment and it's profit comes from transferring stock of high-tech enterprise rather than investment of fixed capital and floating capital. So venture capital needs an effective withdrawal mechanism and the mechanism is an essential requirement for capitalists to withdraw their capital. At present, venture capital's development in our country is still in initial phase compared with western developed countries and its influence on economy increase is not notable. There are many reasons but the most important is lacking of effective withdrawal mechanism.According to those above, this dissertation emphasize on the withdrawal segment of venture capital on the basis of related theories, using methods combined quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. The fabric of this dissertation is: analyze the reasons and obstacles of venture capital' s withdrawal; research on choice of effective withdrawal mechanism for high-tech enterprise' s venture capital in our country, based on systematic analysis and deep research of other country' s withdrawal mechanism; establish quantitative model of venture capital' s withdrawal, based on present achievement; apply the model to case analysis and make it' s research achievement more scientific; propose some strategies and suggestions for venture capital' s withdrawal mechanism in our country and make contributions to the development of our country' s venture capital by offering theoretic foundation and practical directions.
