The Study Of Large-scale Water Transportation Project Economic Risk Analysis And Security System

Our country has built many large-scale water transportation projects, such as supplying water project of Dong-shen, diverting the water of Luan River to Tianjin, diverting the water of Yellow River to qingdao, and so forth. Those projects are mostly in the risk of financial losses, such as the excessive scale, the excessive cost, the low water price .ect. Before making decisions, if we realize these economic risks, take necessary measures before hand, analyze the financial feasibility of these projects, we may reduce even avoid financial losses.In order to promote the development of the water transportation projects in our country, reduce or avoid their financial losses, we should analyze the economic risk ofevery period of those projects-planning, designing, constructing, as well asoperating, and find a way to reduce or avoid economic risks.In this thesis, the author analyzes the factors which lead to the economic risks of every period of water transportation projects, and builds relevant analysis model. At the same time, the author constructs the security system of economic risks of water transportation project.Finally, the author makes the empirical analysis of the economic risks of Dong-shen supplying water project.
