The Research On Performance Appraisal Of Telecom Enterprise

Since 1990s,telecommunication industry has grown rapidly. Especially,after the three adjustments that enterprise detached from government and mobile detached from China telecom and China telecom is divided into south and north two parts,it formed the severity competition on telecom market between all the telecom enterprises such as CTC,CNC,CMC and CRC.Therefore,as the crucial problem of any economic system,the importance of performance appraisal is more stand out.lt is necessary to establish performance appraisal index system and appraisal method which agree with the telecom market environment.The dissertation will research the problem deeply.The dissertation is composed of five chapters. The first chapter introduce the significance of telecom enterpise performance appraisal and the circumstance of the theory research about performance appraisal and the research and practice of performance appraisal method. The second chapter discuss the relative theories of enterprise performance appraisal systemly. The third chaper establish the financial and nonfinancial performance appraisal index system of telecom enterprise. Also it establish the substrut method and the method of general appraisal for financial and nonfinancial index of telecom enterprise. The fouth chaper use AHP to determine the weight of all indexes for nonfinancial performance appraisal index system of telecom enterprise successfuly. According to the fuzzy characteristic of nonfinancial performance appraisal index, I use fuzzy general appraisal method to appraise the nonfinancial index under the weight - determined by AHP. I get impersonal conclution of the appraisal for nonfinancial index. Finally, I contribute the relative score according to the conclution of the appraisal for nonfinancial index. It is in order to combine with the conclution of finanacial appraisal. The final chaper carry through demostrational analysis. It testify that it is feasible and effective for the established performance appraisal index system and appraisal method.
