The Research Of Administrative Cost In The Administration Of Our Government

Administrative cost is administrative resource that is gained relying on administrative power and consumed in administrative course. In the study of Administration, the theoretical research of administrative cost is a weak tache, and the problem in government administration that administrative cost becomes more high or administrator take no account of administrative cost in administrative policy-making course and executive course must be settled urgently. Therefore, the research of administrative cost is not only the demand of development of study, but also the need of reality. In the first part of this paper, the essence of administrative cost is introduced theoretically. Since the social political life came into being, the study of administrative cost has been the part of administration, and assumes a tendency of becoming more and more important. In the second part, the author makes on analysis of current situation of administrative cost and reasons in detail. In the eyes of macroscopic, the ideology, administrative system and all-round timber of administrator are the key factors in forming high-price government administration. From microcosmic angle, administrative cost is closely related to administrative policy-making cost, executive cost and administrative effectiveness. In the last part, according to the analysis of reason, the author provides some projects from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects that should reduce administrative cost and improve effectiveness in government administration.
