Due to the dual restriction in natural factors and market surroundings, agriculture, with the characteristic of weakness, is still in the worse position than the other industries. The importance and specialty of agriculture demands the government financial assistance, which could impel the positive development of agriculture. On the condition that the government fiscal fund is limited, the finite fiscal investment in agriculture must be in its place perfectly to improve its efficiency. To do that, the sound supervision system of the Chinese government fiscal investment in agriculture should be built.The dissertation includes six parts. Firstly, it expounds the relevant theories of the supervision of fiscal investment in agriculture all-sidely and systematically. Secondly, it introduces the foreign experiences in fiscal supervision and the reference to build our supervision system of fiscal investment in agriculture. Then, it narrates the development stages of the supervision system of fiscal investment in agriculture. After that, it poses the frame to build the supervision system of fiscal investment in agriculture, including its subject, object and its content, and analyses the concrete operation of the supervision system. Lastly, it puts forward the pertinent conditions and environment to the system.
