Research Of Effect Comprehensive Evaluation In Construction Project Management

Construction project management is that the project managers use the systematic theories and methods to plan, organize, correspond and control the construction project and its resources to carry out the special targets of the project. For there are too many influenced factors in construction period, the project managers should have a general idea and a complete control of project management effect along the whole process so that they can adjust and control the management according to the practical situation to make the optimum comprehensive effect of the project management.This thesis is just based on the ideas mentioned above and does researches of effect evaluation in the project management course and tries to form a set of evaluation methods system to satisfy the needs of the project management task. The thesis begins with the basic theory of construction project management, and the target management of construction project which is the foundation of effect evaluation has been expatiated firstly; Then the single evaluation methods in construction project management are analysis, which can be used to give evaluation on some points and taken as the foundation of decision-taking in the project management; To the effect of the construction project management, the weigh of the index by AHP method is applied to build the corresponding evaluation index system, and the methods of fuzzy evaluation, expert evaluation, weigh sum evaluation, entropy evaluation have been used to give comprehensive effect of the construction management in the thesis; To the dynamic effect evaluation, the evaluation equations for multi-target at different courses have been set up.Among this, the fuzzy evaluation model and entropy evaluation model of thesynthesize effect have been presented for the first time. So were the dynamic evaluation model and the calculating process of the effect evaluation which accomplish the automation of the calculate course. It is hoped that the program can be a part of the project management information system to make the project management work with high quality and efficiency.
