This case comes from practices. Brand operation has become a new issue recently, with the business chain becoming the new phenomenon in real estate.According the case description and analysis, it's concluded that the business in real estate is entering the period of brand operation. Brand business of real estate corporations should be based on the demands of market and customers, and then the brand commitment and programming can be clearly presented through accurate position. The brand construction is based on the analysis of customers behaviors, and extended under the instruction of modern marketing theory.It's hoped that the case study can help the real estate corporations find the approach and methods of brand business, and finally take cognizance of the importance of brand to upgrade its competitiveness.
